Nicole is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with an extensive background in healthcare, serving patients since 2004. Throughout her career, she has developed a strong foundation across multiple specialties and remains committed to advancing patient well-being through safe, evidence-based practice.
As a native of New Mexico, Nicole is dedicated to supporting her community and providing individualized care that promotes both confidence and overall health. She is especially passionate about helping patients achieve their wellness and aesthetic goals while maintaining the highest standards of medical excellence.
Outside of her professional role, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband, their two daughters, and close family and friends.

Shaina Ng
Director of Operations
Shaina is a co-owner of SkinSpa and a California licensed attorney. Blending her passions for law and all things beauty, Shaina serves as the Director of Operations for SkinSpa where she oversees the day-to-day operations, marketing, events, and staff development.
Wai Pong Ng, DMD
Medical Director
Dr. Ng, who originally is from Toronto, Canada, has been in Albuquerque for two decades practicing oral maxillofacial surgery. As part of his specialized training in facial anatomy, he opened SkinSpa in 2024 to build upon his dedication to patient care.
Dr. Ng received his Bachelor’s in Science at University of Toronto followed by dental school at Tufts University in Boston. He received his certificate in oral maxillofacial surgery at Denver Health Medical Center, followed by specialty training in pediatric craniofacial surgery at the Posnick Center in Chevy Chase, Maryland. Since graduating, his final studies in Washington DC, he relocated to Santa Fe, New Mexico, where he practiced until joining his own practice in Albuquerque in 2005.
Dr. Ng takes special interest in all fields of Oral and Maxillofacial surgery, but especially in maxillofacial reconstruction including orthognathic and craniofacial surgery and facial cosmetic procedures.
