Refund Policy

All packages come with a 30-day refund window. If any sessions have been used, the package reverts to single-session pricing, and only the remaining balance can be refunded, provided there is credit left and it's within the first 30 days of purchase.

After 30 days, no refunds will be issued. Instead, any remaining balance will be converted into spa credit, which can be used for any service or product.

For Skin Care Products, all sales are final, unless unopened patient can return/exchange within 10 days. However, should the patient have a reaction to one of the skin products, it can be returned for a full refund within 10 days of purchase
